   Civil case - civil rights. Evidentiary rulings in Bivens action were 
   not erroneous; evidence was sufficient to support agents' verdict; 
   court did not abuse its discretion in permitting certain security 
   precautions in light of the fact that plaintiff was in custody for 
   drug and firearm offenses, and the Marshals' activity in the case 
   was not conspicuous; district court did not err in assessing certain 
   costs against plaintiff as it carefully considered his incarceration 
   and indigency.
