Criminal Case - distribution of crack cocaine. District court did
not err in denying motion to dismiss the indictment because the
prosecutor misled the grand jury, as the error was not prejudicial.
Sufficient evidence was presented to support the jury verdict.
District court did not abuse its discretion in denying defendant's
motion for new counsel, as defendant had a full and fair
opportunity to present his concerns to the district court and the
court found no real conflict of interest. District court did not
abuse its discretion in admitting coconspirator's statements.
Calculation of drug quantity was not clear error.
