   Prisoner case - habeas. Missouri Supreme Court's decision not to 
   suppress statements on the ground that Beck had validly waived his 
   Miranda rights was a reasonable application of Miranda; likewise, the 
   court's finding that Beck's Sixth Amendment right to counsel had not 
   attached was also a reasonable application of established federal law.
