Officers had probable cause to believe defendant was operating his vehicle in violation of Arkansas statute requiring display of valid plates and traffic stop was valid; officers had reasonable suspicion of criminal activity and their questioning of the defendant was valid; district court erred in not enhancing defendant's sentence under the Armed Career Criminal Act as defendant had three previous convictions for serious drug offenses; case remanded for resentencing.
