traffic stop was valid; officers had reasonable suspicion
of criminal activity and their questioning of the defendant
was valid; district court erred in not enhancing defendant's
sentence under the Armed Career Criminal Act as defendant
had three previous convictions for serious drug offenses;
case remanded for resentencing.
