Evidence was sufficient in ADA case to show Titan perceived plaintiff as disabled and incapable of performing all jobs at its plant; district courtd id not err in awarding plaintiff two years of front pay; district court did not err in finding plaintiff's evidence would not support an award of punitive damages, as his evidence did not demonstrate that Titan was motivated by malice or evil intent.
