U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 02-3238
Northern District of Iowa
Criminal case - criminal law. Troopers had reasonable suspicion

brief detention until a dog sniff could be conducted; once the dog
alerted, the officers had probable cause to search without a warrant.
Dissent by Judge Bright.
