U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 02-3265
District of Minnesota
Criminal case - Sentencing Guidelines. District court did not abuse its
discretion in denying defendant a minor or minimal participant reduction
as the evidence showed she was an average participant in the underlying
assault; in light of the restitution ordered and defendant's checkered
financial history, the district court did not err in including a
provision in her supervised release requiring her to obtain her
probation officer's approval before incurring additional debt.
