   revoked defendant's supervised release; policy statements in 
   Chapter 7 of the Guidelines are advisory, not binding, on the 
   court when it revokes supervised release; court considered the 
   policy statements and did not abuse its discretion in imposing a 
   sentence in above the suggested range.
