Civil case - civil rights. Defendant police officers were
entitled to qualified immunity on claim they violated Albert
Six Feathers' civil rights when they used deadly force to
subdue him after a high-speed chase; the use of deadly
fore was permissible because the officers had probable cause
to believe Six Feathers posed a significant threat of death
or serious injury to them.
