   Civil case - civil rights. Plaintiff failed to make a prima facie 
   case of discrimination under the Americans with Disabilities 
   Act as she did not show defendant regarded her as disabled; 
   plaintiff also failed to make a prima facie case of age 
   discrimination as she failed to establish the fourth element of 
   the McDonnell Douglas analysis - that she was replaced by 
   a person sufficiently younger to permit an inference of age 
   discrimination.
