U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 02-3652
Western District of Missouri
Criminal case -Criminal case. While evidence was sufficient to support
nearly all of the counts of conviction, the government conceded that the
evidence was insufficient to support two of the drug sales counts because
it failed to establish that the amount sold met the statutory minimum
quantity; defendant's appearance in jail clothes did not violate his
constitutional rights; allocution afforded to defendant was sufficient.
