   not render his death a self-inflicted injury under the accidental death 
   policy issued by defendant, and the estate was entitled to collect double 
   indemnity benefits; the panel adopts the test set forth in a First Circuit 
   case - Wickman v. Northwestern Nat'l Ins. Co., 908 F.2d 1077 (1st Cir. 
   1990) - to determine whether a death is accidental.
