   Criminal case - criminal law. While the search of defendant's 
   vehicle was not a valid inventory search, the principles of 
   Terry v. Ohio justified the initial search, which in turn, 
   pursuant to the automobile exception, justified the second 
   search during which the firearm was discovered.
