   Civil Case - trade name infringement. Oral settlement agreement 
   between Visiting Nurse Association of St. Louis and VNAHealthcare, 
   Inc. was enforceable because there was no evidence of an intent to 
   delay the effect of the agreement until a writing was executed and the 
   terms were not fatally ambiguous. Agreement is not within statute of 
   frauds. District court's judgment refusing enforcement is vacated.
