U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 03-1073
Eastern District of Arkansas
Civil Case - punitive damages. District court's motion for summary
judgment dismissing punitive damages claim in airplane crash lawsuit is
affirmed, as no substantial evidence from which a reasonable jury could
find that airline or its agents acted wantonly in causing the injury or with
such a conscious indifference to the consequences that malice may be
inferred.
