U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 03-1371
District of Minnesota
Civil case - Social Security. ALJ's decision that although claimant
could not return to her past work as an assembler there were a significant
number of jobs she could perform was supported by substantial evidence;
treating physician's determination that claimant could not stand more
than four hours in an eight-hour work day was not supported by medically
acceptable clinical and laboratory results. Dissent by Judge Heaney.
