Civil Case - Family and Medical Leave Act. Following medical leave
to give birth, employee returned to work in July 1999 to a position of
same salary and benefits but less authority and control. FMLA claim
filed August 2001 was barred under two-year statute of limitations and
employee failed to show employer's action was willful to trigger three-
year statute of limitations. Dismissal is affirmed. [PUBLISHED]
