   non-selection for a position; however, the claim must be dismissed 
   because it was not included in his EEOC complaint and thus plaintiff had 
   not properly preserved the issue by exhausting all administrative 
   remedies; district court did not abuse its discretion in making certain 
   evidentiary rulings.
