   Criminal case - Sentencing Guidelines. At sentencing, defendant failed 
   to raise a challenge that his California conviction was a drug trafficking 
   offense for purposes of Guidelines Sec. 2L1.2(b)(1)(A), and the district 
   court did not err in imposing a 16-level enhancement under the provision.
