Civil Case - civil rights. Jury verdict against officer of illegal entry and against supervisors and Board for failing to train officers is affirmed. Jury finding officer who shot plaintiff during no-know entry acted reasonably did not bar finding of proximate cause against other officers. District court did not err in finding as a matter of law that no exigent circumstances existed because police did not give a legally sufficient reason for dispensing with the know and announce rule.
