Civil Case - civil forfeiture. Civil forfeiture of minivan following Class
IV felony convictions for possessing a controlled substance by theft,
misrepresentation, fraud, forgery, deception or subterfuge is reversed and
remanded for additional findings relating to whether the forfeiture is
constitutionally excessive. Sufficient connection between the car and the
offense was established. Judge Colloton dissents as to the remand.
