U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 03-1967
and No: 03-2120
District of Minnesota
Civil Case - employment discrimination. Special jury interrogatories
finding that none of the sexual harassment occurred during the statutory
limitations period is supported by the evidence; thus district court did not
err in granting employer judgment notwithstanding the verdict. District
court did not abuse its discretion in denying new trial motion where party
failed to object at trial and district court did not commit plain error in
instructing jury on statute of limitations. [PUBLISHED] [Melloy, Author,
