U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 03-2257
   Eastern District of Arkansas
Civil case - employment discrimination. Where plaintiff failed to raise claim of sex discrimination in her EEOC complaint, the district court did not err in dismissing her sex discrimination claims for failure to exhaust administrative remedies; with respect to claim she was retaliated against for complaining about sexual harassment, the district court did not err in granting employer's motion for summary judgment, as plaintiff failed to establish any adverse employment action; the court further finds that the plaintiff's allegations of adverse employment action fail for causation.
