Civil Case - civil rights. Grant of summary judgment to prison officials
is affirmed. Depriving use of toilet for a few seconds does not rise to
constitutional violation. Defendant did not act with deliberate
indifference toward his welfare. First Amendment retaliation claim failed
because inmate did not show he was denied privileges in retaliation for
filing grievances. Jury verdict on two claims is affirmed, as district court
