U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 03-2582
   Eastern District of Missouri
Civil Case - sexual hostile work environment discrimination. Jury award of emotional distress and punitive damages to employee subjected to co-worker harassment is affirmed. Claims were not time-barred because harassment before and after limitations period was part and parcel of hostile environment. Trial court did not err in rejecting jury instruction because proposed instruction did not correctly state the law. Claim under the Missouri Human Rights Act was also not time-barred. The amount of the award is affirmed. [PUBLISHED] [Wollman, Author, with R. Arnold and M. Arnold, Circuit Judges]
