Criminal case - Sentencing Guidelines. No error in imposing
enhancement under Sec. 3B1.1 for a leadership role in the offense, as
defendant's own testimony established that he played such a role; in
determining the amount of methamphetamine, the district court erred in
failing to apply the percentages of actual methamphetamine in the drugs
seized to the unrecovered quantities defendant acknowledged; case
remanded for further proceedings on the amount of drugs attributable
to defendant.
