U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 03-2741
   Northern District of Iowa
Criminal Case - suppression. Officers who followed car which slowed down near site of attempted theft, and then stopped and searched vehicle had a particularized and objective basis to suspect the driver of the vehicle of criminal activity. Thus no Fourth Amendment violation occurred. Decision to deny suppression motion is affirmed. [PUBLISHED] [M. Arnold, Author, with Hansen and Smith, Circuit Judges]
