Criminal case -Criminal law. District court informed defendant of the
consequences of pleading guilty even if did not follow the exact
requirements of Rule 11, and defendant has not shown that he would
have made a different decision if he had known of the particular
mechanism by which the higher sentence could be imposed;
government's request for an upward departure did not violate the plea
agreement, as the government reserved the right to make a departure
motion in the agreement.
