U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 03-2950
   Western District of Missouri
Civil Case - Civil Rights. Jury verdict in favor of teacher who claimed school district deprived her of property without due process is reversed. Because school officials performed unauthorized and random acts and teacher was entitled to adequate postdeprivation remedies, due process claim fails as a matter of law. Attorney's fee award is vacated. [PUBLISHED] [Riley, Author, with Melloy, Circuit Judge and Erickson, District Judge]
