   Civil case - Food Security Act of 1985. Secured creditor did not 
   comply with the Food Security Act of 1985's direct notice exception as 
   the letters it sent the purchaser of the catfish products in which it held a 
   secured interest did not contain information specifically required by the 
   Act; as a result,the purchaser bought the catfish free of creditor's security
   interest even though the purchaser knew of the existence of the interest.
