U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 03-3221
   District of South Dakota
Criminal case - criminal law. Amendment to 18 U.S.C. Sec. 5037 authorizing juvenile delinquent supervision does not apply to acts of delinquency committed prior to November 2, 2002; since defendant's act occurred prior to that date, the section could not be applied to him, and the court erred in imposing a sentence of supervised release.
