Criminal case - criminal law. Constitutional challenge to 18 U.S.C.
Sec. 922(g)(8) concerning possession of a firearm by a person subject to a
domestic violence restraining order rejected; district court did not err in
rejecting defendant's proposed instructions: (1) defining the hearing
required under the section and (2) requiring the jury to find that his
violation of the statute had to be knowing. Judge Colloton concurring.
