   Criminal case - criminal law. Evidence of violent acts committed in 
   furtherance of the drug conspiracy was admissible as substantive 
   evidence of the existence of the conspiracy and was not governed by Rule 
   404(b); evidence was sufficient to support the jury's finding that 
   defendant was part of a single, massive conspiracy, and the multiple 
   conspiracy instruction defendant argues for would not have been 
   supported by the evidence; applying Pirani's plain error analysis, 
   defendant was not entitled to Booker relief as he could not establish a 
   reasonable probability that the district court would have imposed a lesser 
   sentence under an advisory guidelines scheme.
