U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 03-3407
   Southern District of Iowa
Criminal Case - sentence. District court's consideration of prior dealings with aviation companies in wire fraud and money laundering conviction as relevant conduct was not improper, as the prior dealings were part of the same common scheme or plan. Defendant's waiver of right to appeal any sentence except matters of law brought at sentencing constituted a waiver of Blakely/Booker issues. Standard of review of sentence is reasonableness and sentence was not unreasonable. [PUBLISHED] [Smith, Author, with Beam and Benton, Circuit Judges]
