U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 03-3582
District of Nebraska
Civil case - Social Security. ALJ did not err in discrediting opinions
and findings of treating physician as the some of his findings conflicted
with other substantial medical evidence, and his opinion that claimant
was unable to work was not supported by objective medical evidence;
substantial evidence supported ALJ's finding that claimant's impairment
did not meet the requirements of Listing 12.04; ALJ did not err in
discounting claimant's subjective complaints.
