   NLRB to dismiss unfair labor practice complaint against newspaper. 
   Number of journeyman situations guaranteed lifetime employment was 
   subject to two constructions and thus was ambiguous. Absent proof of a 
   lifetime guarantee, employer did not commit an unfair labor practice by 
   insisting union discuss number of position as part of negotiations for a 
   new collective-bargaining agreement. Petition for review is denied.
