U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 03-3730
Western District of Missouri
[PUBLISHED] [Wollman, Author, with Fagg and Bye, Circuit Judges]
Prisoner case - habeas. Missouri Court of Appeals reasonably applied
Strickland v. Washington in concluding that trial counsel's failure to
provide examining forensic psychiatrist with complete medical and
investigative reports was not ineffective assistance of counsel, and the
district court did not err in denying habeas relief on this claim; there was
no reasonable probability that the psychiatric expert would have changed
his opinion based on the additional information. Judge Bye, dissenting.
