U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 03-3830
   Eastern District of Missouri
Civil Case - Federal Tort Claims Act. Medical malpractice claim against federally-funded physician was properly dismissed as barred by the two-year statute of limitations. Statute was not tolled by infancy. Parent of injured baby was a minor, but knew of the existence and probable cause of baby's injuries. Parent had opportunity to pursue administrative claim after she achieved adulthood and before statute of limitations ran. [PUBLISHED] [Judge Benton, Author, with Wollman and McMillian, Circuit Judges]
