Criminal case - criminal law. The Double Jeopardy Clause does not
preclude prosecution for possession of pseudoephedrine with reasonable
cause to believe the chemical would be used to manufacture
methamphetamine and attempted manufacture of the drug as the elements
of the offenses are not the same; no error in admitting testimony
concerning prior production of methamphetamine as it went to
knowledge and intent to commit this offense; evidence was sufficient to
support conviction.
