U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 03-3982
Eastern District of Arkansas
Civil case - civil procedure. Plaintiff had a full and fair opportunity,
and did litigate his Title VII and Labor Management Relations Act claims
against defendant in his prior action, and the doctrine of res judicata
bared him from relitigating the claims; doctrine of collateral estoppel also
barred plaintiff from litigating the claims against the Council of Industrial
Organizers.
