U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 03-4075
District of Minnesota
Criminal case - criminal law. District court did not abuse its discretion
in modifying defendant's supervised release to include two alcohol-
related conditions based on information contained in the original PSI; the
conditions were clearly related to defendant's rehabilitation and were
narrowly tailored to address the specific concerns that alcohol impacted
defendant's mental health and had led him, twice, to attempt suicide
while intoxicated.
