   Bankruptcy Appellate Panel. Under Section 364(c)(1) of the code, 
   Lender was entitled to priority for funds advanced to debtor on an 
   emergency basis within fifteen days of the date of a hearing; to the 
   extent the court denied that status to lender in its final order, the court 
   erred; however, the court did not err in granting the lender priority 
   status junior to the administrative expense priority granted the trustee 
   pursuant to Section 726(b)
