   plaintiff's expert witness in this products liability action; the testimony, 
   concerning possible safety measures for the sander which injured 
   plaintiff, lacked indicia of reliability as the expert failed to demonstrate 
   by some means that the proposed safety measures would work to protect 
   the operators while not interfering with the machine's utility.
