U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 04-1190
Southern District of Iowa
Criminal case - criminal law. District court erred in finding that the
warrant issued in the case lacked probable cause; the evidence supplied to
the issuing court was not stale, and, in any event, the officers' actions in
executing the warrant were objectively reasonable under Leon; order
suppressing evidence reversed, and the case remanded for further
proceedings.
