Criminal case - criminal law. Warrant for seizure of defendant's home
computer was supported by probable cause; constitutional challenges to
child pornography convictions rejected; conviction for receiving composite
image of child showing a boy with the identifiable face of a popular teen
entertainer in a lascivious pose did not violate the First Amendment;
court did not err in imposing fifteen-year mandatory minimum sentence
set out in 18 U.S.C. Sec. 2251(a) for manufacturing child pornography.
