U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 04-1277
Western District of Missouri
Civil case - employment discrimination. District court did not err in
granting employer's motion for summary judgment on plaintiff's age
discrimination claims as no reasonable jury could have found in her
favor; neither plaintiff's statistical evidence nor her circumstantial
evidence of age discrimination showed age was a factor in her employer's
decision to eliminate her position as part of a reduction-in-force.
