in limiting defendant's re-cross examination of a witness; expert
testimony on meth production was not redundant and was relevant;
district court did not err in when it instructed the jury using only the
language of the charging statute - 21 U.S.C. Sec. 841(c)(2); no error in
imposing enhancement for reckless endangerment based on defendant's
attempt to flee police custody or in denying a downward adjustment
based on Guidelines Sec. 2D1.1(b)(2); remand under Booker is not
required.
