U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 04-1386
District of Minnesota
[PUBLISHED] [Wollman, Author, with Heaney and Fagg, Circuit
Judges]
Criminal case - criminal law. Because police had probable cause to
believe defendant's arrival at the scene of a drug deal was related to the
deal, his warrantless arrest was lawful, as was the seizure of his cell
phone; evidence was sufficient to support convictions for conspiracy and
aiding and abetting distribution. Judge Heaney, dissenting.
