Criminal Case - revocation of supervised release. District court's
revocation of supervised release when defendant failed to disclose
stalking incident during counseling and failed to complete treatment
program is affirmed. During revocation hearing, written notice was
sufficient, lack of witness list did not inhibit defense, and right to
confront adverse witness was not infringed. District court did not abuse
its discretion in finding condition was violated. Length of sentence was
within suggested range. Probation officer may petition court for
revocation of supervised release.
