U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 04-1710
Northern District of Iowa
Civil Case - employment discrimination. Summary judgment on the
disabilities claim was proper because employee did not establish a prima
facie case; employee did not satisfy requirements and did not inform
employer of accommodation needed. On sex discrimination claim,
employee also failed to show she was qualified and thus failed to satisfy
prima facie case. Hostile work environment claim failed because
employee did not subjectively feel harassed. Retaliation claim failed
because employee suffered no adverse employment action due to her
complaint. [PUBLISHED] [Benton, Author, with Smith and Beam,
